About the Role

Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the MEAL Officer ensures independent monitoring,
data processing, validation, and database management for the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop data collection tools.
• Collect and verify project indicators.
• Track project results.
• Support dashboards and reporting.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations.
• Implement accountability plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• Minimum 3 years MEAL experience.
• Experience with baselines and evaluations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently.
