About the Role

Under the guidance of the Head of Programs, the MEAL Manager leads monitoring, evaluation, accountability,
and information management activities across YIPDI’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead YIPDI MEAL activities.
• Design and supervise M&E methodologies and tools.
• Support assessments and evidence-based program design.
• Facilitate quarterly learning events.
• Manage MEAL/IM budgets.
• Support kick-off, review, and close-out meetings.
• Coordinate accountability systems.
• Supervise CHS assessments.
• Develop IM strategies.
• Produce reports, dashboards, and info products.
• Line-manage MEAL/IM staff.
• Represent YIPDI in coordination forums.

Requirements

• Master’s degree + 4 years OR Bachelor's + 5 years experience.
• Minimum 5 years M&E experience including 3 years in management.
• Experience with INGOs or UN agencies.
• Experience monitoring FSL, Protection, Shelter, and WASH programs.
• Strong understanding of CHS requirements.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
