As part of YIPDI’s HR strategy, the HR Manager will support field teams by
delivering high-quality HR services, ensuring line managers and employees are
equipped to meet operational challenges. The role ensures consistent application
of HR strategy, policies, and processes, while coordinating all aspects of
workforce management, recruitment, performance, training, and development
in line with YIPDI’s organizational priorities.
